Once your payment is confirmed successfully, our team will start preparing your order immediately. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your package departs our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to follow the full delivery progress of your order from our warehouse to your door.
 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

 
We offer multiple shipping options based on your location and personal preference, with specific estimated delivery times as follows: Standard Shipping typically arrives within 7–15 business days, while Expedited Shipping is available for faster delivery, usually arriving within 3–7 business days. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on your delivery destination and the shipping method you select. Please note that estimated delivery times may be subject to changes due to unforeseen factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
 

Customs & Import Charges

 
For international orders, additional charges including customs duties, taxes or other import fees may apply, in accordance with the relevant regulations and policies of the destination country. These charges are determined solely by the local customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer; they are not included in the product purchase price or the shipping fees you pay.
 

Order Tracking

 
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a dedicated shipping confirmation email containing your order’s tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your package and stay fully updated on its delivery progress at any time.

To avoid unnecessary delivery delays, please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately before completing and finalizing your order—double-checking the address details is highly recommended for smooth delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or unreadable shipping address, additional shipping charges will be required to resend the order to your corrected address.
