Returns and Refund Policy

At Solrane, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a simple and transparent return process to make your experience as smooth as possible.


Return Eligibility

Products can be returned if they meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and kept in its original condition, including the original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice, is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Customized or specially made items


Exchanges

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with either:

  • Sending a replacement item

  • Arranging a full refund

To help us resolve the issue faster, we may ask you to provide photos of the item and its packaging.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.


Return Shipping

In most cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is caused by our mistake—such as sending the wrong item or a defective product—we will cover the return shipping cost.

For safety and tracking purposes, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
